Role of Teacher in our life- Teacher's Day

Sree Saraswathy Vidyalayam observed Teacher’s day on 14/09/2017.  The school tried to make the children aware about the dignity of teaching.  The students from standard V-XII were selected as student teachers.  Head boy & Head girl of school were selected as Student principal & vice principal.   

A special staff room was arranged.  The instructions to students teachers were given by Principal A. S. Hrishikesh, student teachers showed interest in their roles and peromed as well as they could.  The school remained under the control of student principal and he was aware to make the day as a blissful one to all.

Learn from the school

                An exhibition conducted under house wise in Sree Saraswathy Vidyalayam, on 13.09.2017, Wednesday. The students were exhibited their ‘My own Dictionary’.  To enrich the vocabulary and knowledge in English the school started its mission from 1^st July, by introducing five English works per day and allowed them to collect and make their own dictionaries.  The effort showed a sound response from the students.  To encourage them the school arranged the exhibition.  The coverpages and sequences of words surprised us too.

Painting Campaign at Manaveeyam Lane

The organizers of ‘Rally for Rivers’ conducted a painting campaign at Manaveeyam Lane, Trivandrum. 

Out three children were  participated. Our children got the boards named ‘Achankovil river’ &  ‘Kavvayi river’. 

 

The whole program showed the motto ‘protect our rivers’.  The program was inaugurated by “Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev”. 

  









 Our children were blessed with the presence of “Sadguru”.

Samoohya Samarasatha Dinam

Samoohya Samarasatha Dinam

Onam, the homecoming of the great empire “Mahabali” is celebrated in Sree Saraswathy Vidyalayam, Ooruttambalam as “Samoohya Samarasatha Day”. 

 This function shows the culture of Kerala especially the tradition of Bharatheeya Vidya Nikethan.  The function was highlighted with the presence of our honourable guest “Kadinte Makkal” the students of kottoor balasadanam.   
 








 

The special message of onam was given by Sri S. Ramachandran Nair.  The Onakkodi was given to all our invited guests.

            The main attraction of the function was the grant feast and the “Onakalikal”. Our valuable parents actively participated in all the games.  The function ended with a grant manner.
